Just in case you were wondering, here's the menu and what it was paired with this weekend at the Frick Winery. I was preoccupied with food production (that's my story and I'm sticking to it), so I only spent a few minutes taking pictures with predictably mediocre results, but you'll have to take my word for it when i tell you everything looked much better in person.
