Onion pakodi

Onion pakodi is my all time favorite when I am out of stock of gobi, potatoes etc........This is a real boon when unexpected guests arrives.....and can be made in 10 min.

Ingredients:
Onions sliced: 2.
Bengal gram powder: 1/2 cup.
Raw rice powder: 1/4 cup.
Chilly powder: 1 tsp.
Asafoitida: A fat pinch.
Water.
Salt.
Make a thick batter with all the above ingredients and with a tsp drop on hot oil and fry them on low flame.
Serve hot with tea.
