Plantain chocolate cake.......the easy way.

My Coorgi friend Aman used to make this cake....it is so simple and easy. All you have to do is put all the ingredients in a mixie and give it a blend and pour it into a greased tray and bake it. I had sprinkled some chocolate chips on the batter before putting it into the oven. Green ripe plantains is a must for this cake (I have not tried with yellow ones). It takes a little longer than the usual time to bake other than that it is an easy-to-make-no-fuss-cake.
Ingredients:
Green ripe plaintains (pacha pazham): 3.
Oil: 1/2 cup.
Cocoa powder: 3 tbsp.
Maida: 1-1/2 cup.(200 ml cup)
Eggs: 2.
Vanilla essence: 1 tsp.
Sugar: 1 cup.
Soda powder: 1 tsp.
Little water or milk

Chocolate chips for garnishing.

Method:
In a mixer grinder, grind sugar first. Add chopped plantains and the rest of the ingredients and give it a blend add little water or milk in between. Pour it into a greased tray, sprinkle chocolate chips and bake.

Just out of the oven!!!

Note: It took almost an hour to bake this.
