Do you need a fantastic pie recipe? Well, this one is quick to make, and SO yummy!
It's a no-bake crust, no-bake filling and delicious!!

Here's what you'll need:
1 package Keebler Grasshopper cookies
1/4 cup butter {melted}
1 package instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
1 container whipped cream
- Put about 22 cookies into the food processor (or in a baggie and use a hammer or rolling pin) and crush into crumbs. Measure out 1 1/2 cups.
- Melt butter and mix with cookie crumbs in a bowl until crumbs are completely covered and have a consistent texture.
- Using fingers, press mixture into bottom and sides of a 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Try to keep crust about 1/8" thick.
- Chill crust for about an hour before filling.
- Crush about 5 more cookies into bite size pieces.
- Mix instant pudding with milk and add in a few of the cookie pieces. Add in about half of the whipped cream.
- Pour pudding into crust and spread evenly in the pan. Put the rest of the whipped cream on top and pour the rest of the cookie crumbs on top.
