I found this tasty little treat in this month's edition of Women's Day, one of my favorite magazines. It's not only delicious, but I love how it uses items from your food storage!
Frozen Hot Chocolate
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups ice cubes
You can add toppings like Cool Whip or chocolate shavings if desired.
For Mexican Hot Chocolate add 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, or for Peppermint Hot Chocolate add 1/4 tsp mint extract in place of the vanilla.
