I had to post this little piece of wisdom since I just made frozen orange juice again this morning! Instead of using a long wooden spoon {like I did for years!} use a potato masher instead! Add one of the 3 cupfuls of water and use the masher to break apart the tower-o-frozen-juice. It only takes a minute or so! Once you have a nice, slushy concoction like in the picture above, add the remaining water. Done! Now frozen OJ takes only a minute or two to make!
