Potato Masala curry is a unique recipe.In my home every one like this. We will prepare more curry, in afternoon, it goes very well with rice.In evening we will have this with chapati.It is a very good accomplishment for rice,roti's, chapati's.
Ingredients
Potatoes - 2.[ Medium size].
Onion -1 [ medium size].
oil - to fry.
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.
chana dal - 1/2 tsp.
urad dal - 1/2 tsp.
oil - to fry.
To Grind
coconut - 1 1/2 tbsp.
corinader seeds - 2 1/2 tsp.
Red chillies - 3.
turmeric - 3 pinch.
Roasted chana dal - 1 tbsp.
salt - as required.
Preparation
Onion -1 [ medium size].
oil - to fry.
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.
chana dal - 1/2 tsp.
urad dal - 1/2 tsp.

To Grind
coconut - 1 1/2 tbsp.
corinader seeds - 2 1/2 tsp.
Red chillies - 3.
turmeric - 3 pinch.
Roasted chana dal - 1 tbsp.
salt - as required.
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes and crumble it into tiny pieces.
- Grind the items in grind column with needed water into fine paste.
- Heat the oil,add mustard seeds,when it splutters add chanadal,urad dal, saute well,when it turns golden brown, add onion.
- Saute onions well, when it turns golden brown, add ground paste.
- stir for 2 minutes, when ground paste starts boiling add crumbled potatoes.
- Saute for 10 to 15 minutes with medium flame.
- Now switch off the flame.It goes very well with rice,roti,and chapati's.
