I am sweet on sweet potatoes... how about you? I loved them baked, in soups, fried, and as chips. I can't get enough of them this time of year. Funny, they are a seasonal vegetable, and they are chock full of vitamin A which helps your immune system. I wonder if loading up on this wonderfully orange tuber before flu season helps you fight off colds and flu? They also contain a lot of vitamin C and iron along with fiber... besides that they are so versatile and tasty.
