Can it be what we thought was bad for us is really good for us? Yes, chocolate is not only enjoyable but it's healthy. Flavonols in cocoa beans  have an antioxidant effect that seems to aid in the prevention of heart disease and diabetes*.  Chocolate also contains natural chemical mood enhancers*  

Now don't  go and OD on chocolate... the sugar and calories in chocolate products still can add on pounds, but a daily piece of dark chocolate is not only a wonderful pleasure; it may be good for your health.
