Curry leaves are natural flavouring agents with several health benefits, making your food healthy and tasty along with pleasing aroma.We prepare a healthy curry leaves dosa(karivey paku Dosa) .Curry leaves contain antioxidant properties and have the ability to control diarrhoea, gastrointestinal problems such as indigestion, excessive acid secretion, peptic ulcers, dysentery, diabetes and bad cholesterol. They are also believed to have cancer fighting properties and known to help protect liver.
Ingredients
curry leaves Dosa |
Raw rice - 2 cup.
curry leaves - 2 cup.
urad dal - 1/4 cup.
cumin seeds (jeera) - 1 tsp.
pepper corns - 1 1/2 tsp[40]
red chillies - 8.
salt - to taste.
Preparation
Soak raw rice and urad dal together for 4 to 5 hrs.
Method
Grind Soaked raw rice,urad dal,curry leaves,cumin seeds, pepper corns,red chillies, and salt with needed water .
Consistency should be moderate.(Not too thicker or too thinner).Allow the batter to ferment for 12 hrs.
pour like normal rava Dosa .From outer side towards inner.you get crsipy Dosa's.
