Shaklee Friendly Cold Treats: Frozen Blueberry Skewers


As the weather has been warming up, I've been fighting a battle of wills with myself. Do I stick to my Shaklee plan or do I do what I really want to do: eat ice cream all day? Luckily there are a few low calorie frozen treats that are super easy to prepare and can help stave off ice cream cravings.

I made these frozen fruit pops with blueberries but you can also use grapes. All you need are some washed organic fruit and bamboo skewers (and maybe a small helper). See how I made them here:
