There is really no right or wrong way in creating this headband and both Missy Prissy and I created one. I think that this is part of the fun of crafting with kids; letting them actually do the work and express themselves through their completed project. I chose to use the low-temp glue gun, for this reason.
Supplies
- Plastic Headbands
- Low Temp Glue gun and glue
- Plastic rhinestones
Directions
Step 1: Choose
Choose what jewels, buttons or embellishments you are going to put on the headband.
Step 2: Glue
Using the low-temp glue gun, place small beads of glue and affix embellishment.
Step 3: Style
Continue on until headband is completed to personal satisfaction.
I chose to use a variety of different colored large jewels and affix them right next to each other, over the length of the headband. Missy Prissy chose to use pearls and different sized jewels to create her masterpiece. But most importantly, have a blast crafting with your kiddos and enjoying your crafting!
