Ingredients:
16 oz Bread Dough {frozen works great!}1/4 lb sliced Ham*
1/4 lb sliced Hard Salami
3 oz sliced Provolone Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Flour
Basil
Oregano
1/4 cup Corn Meal
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Water
1. Defrost bread dough according to package instructions. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Lightly coat counter or surface with flour. Roll out dough into a 10x12 inch rectangle.

3. Place ham slices down the middle 1/3 of the rectangle. {*I used packaged lunch meat. Cutting those ham slices into fourths makes for a more manageable size.}
4. Place salami slices on top of ham.5. Add provolone cheese on top of salami. I cut the cheese slices in half to get better coverage and again, for a more manageable size.
6. Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top. This step is optional, but I love cheese, so it worked perfect for us!
7. Add dried basil and oregano to your taste.

8. Fold the sides in, then the top and bottom like you would wrap a burrito. Lightly wet the edges with water and pinch it to seal. Should look like a giant burrito.
9. Move the Stromboli to a cookie sheet, sealed side down.
10. Melt the butter and lightly coat the top and sides. Coat the buttered surface with corn meal.

11. Bake for 20-22 minutes at 375ยบ.
12. Let stand for about 20 minutes before serving.
To serve, slice into 2-3 inch strips and serve with a small bowl of marinara sauce.
Enjoy!
