- Soak the Garlic in water for half an hour to one hour for easy peeling.Then pat it dry.
- Peel Ginger and Garlic.
- Chop the ginger and garlic into cubes.
Method
- Grind ginger and garlic in a blender or mixie into a smooth paste.
- Store it in a Air tight container. Use dry spoon.
- If you refrigerate it, it comes for few weeks to month.
- If you freeze it, it comes for 5 to 6 months.Normally i cut frozen ginger garlic paste into cubes when it is in frozen state, and i use the cubes whenever i want. so it is easy to handle.
- This ginger garlic paste cubes is in frozen state, that i brought from India 6 months ago.I add each cubes as such,while sauteing.Aroma of ginger garlic is not yet reduced. you could also find the colour, is not yet changed.
