I am so excited to tell you guys about an ADORABLE shop here in Utah!
The other day I visited a shop that I have driven past many times. I was invited to come take a look & enjoy some of their very tasty looking treats. So my husband, daughter & I took a field trip to Dippidee! As we entered the store, we knew we were in trouble - everything looked so good!!
It took a while, but we finally decided on trying a brownie and sugar cookie. Oh boy, were these yummy! My daughter was eating them faster than we could give them to her. Luckily I got a few bites of the sugar cookie before she ate it all! Probably safe to say it was one of the best sugar cookies I've ever had. My husband was generous enough to let me have a taste of the brownie, too... I better go alone next time!
I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally go into their shop! Dippidee has been in business for 5 years now, and certainly lives up to their name - "A Place of Sweet Surprises"! Everything I've tried there is deee-licious!! (I'm pretty much drooling as I'm posting these photos...) Everything they make is fresh, homemade, and they only use the best ingredients. Their prices aren't bad at all, either!
They also have gifts for almost any occasion from birthdays to weddings. They will even gift wrap your purchase for you! There are also displays of different styles of cakes that they can create. Looking through their photos of cakes they've made, I would say Duff has some competition!
It would take me years to try the 30 cake flavors and 25 filling choices that makes every cake unique! They specialize in custom treats, cupcakes & cakes for any occasion. I wish I would have known about this before my daughter's first birthday, because she may have actually eaten her cake instead of running away from it during her cake smash photos!
Mom! I think we need to get some more!!
There is always something fun going on at Dippidee. Last month they had many different events going on, including a Princess Party. Later this month they are having an End of Summer Luau! August is also Cookie Month at Dippidee. Each week they feature a different cookie flavor! Yum. And don't forget to enter their giveaway to win a $25 gift certificate going on on their blog right now!
While we were in the shop, a dad & his daughter came in with a postcard. The postcard was for a free birthday treat. This is something we will definitely be signing up for!
