Puffed Rice - 8 cup.
groundnut - 1/2 cup.
Roasted chana dal - 1/2 cup.
salt - 1/2 tsp.
turmeric - 1/2 spoon.
chillipowder - 11/2 spoon.
curd chillies - 4.
garlic - 4
oil - to fry. (1 tbsp)
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 3/4 tsp
Curryleaves - 10.
hing - 1 pinch.
Preparation
Smash garlic using mortar and pestle.
Method
- Heat the oil add groundnut ,Roasted chana dal saute it till becomes golden brown and keep it aside.
- Heat the oil, add mustard seeds ,cumin seeds,garlic fry it till it becomes brown,then add curd chillies hing,turmeric, chilli powder ,curryleaves saute well , then later switch of the stove.
- Then add groundnut , roasted chana dal that was roasted already.
- Finally add puffed rice and salt.
- Mix well. This is an yummy evening low fat snack.
