capsicum Masala poriyal/kudamilagai poriyal

Ingredients
capsicum - 1 (big size)[finely chopped].
Oil - to fry.
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp.
cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp.
coconut - 2 tbsp.
coriander seeds - 1tsp.
red chillies -2.
roasted peanuts - 11/2 tsp.
salt - for taste.
 
Preparation  

 Roast the peanuts and remove the skin.
Grind coconut,coriander seeds,red chillies,roasted peanuts,salt into a fine paste with needed water.
 
Method
  • In a kadai put oil, then add mustard seeds when it splutters add cumin seeds when it splutters add chopped capsicum.
  • saute capsicum for one  or two minutes, then add  ground paste.
  • stir well,frequently in a medium flame,till capsicum are well cooked and it becomes thick.
  • It goes very well with rice,chapathis,roti,variety rice.
