Kale is no doubt a nutritional powerhouse. One cup of kale can meet this much of your reccomended daily intake of:
15% Calcium
15% B6
40% Magnesium
180% Vitamin A
200% Vitamin C
1,020% Vitamin K

It's a low maintenance garden plant and will grow heartily throughout the winter (that big kale plant in the 25 great ways graphic?
