Quick Rice Dosa - With left over rice - Annam Dosa

Whenever we have left over rice,We prepare this Rice Dosa.This Dosa is Easy to prepare.We can have this Dosa with any kind of chutney.This is our traditional Dosa variety.

Ingredients

Raw rice - 2 cup.
Cooked rice - 2 cup.
fenu greek seeds - 1 tsp.
salt - for taste.

Preparation

Soak the rice for 4 to 5 hrs.

Method

To the Soaked raw rice add  cooked rice,fenugreek and salt.Grind it in a blender with needed water, to make a batter.
Consistency should be moderate.Ferment it for 7 to 8 hrs.
Pour like normal Dosa.
It goes well with all types of chutney visit:side dish for idli/dosa
