Upcycle Gift Bags into Notebooks

Do you have a collection of gift bags that seems to be breeding in your closet? When I read Sarah's post on Becoming Martha about the gift bags her kids can't seem to get rid of, I felt a little better about my gift bag collection. I love how she was able to take gift bags her kids love and turn them into refillable notebooks (or use plain copy paper and make a sketch book!).
