This Rice Roti is prepared with left over rice.This Roti is a Rice Pancake Made with Left over rice and rice flour.
Ingredients
Rice flour - 1 cup.
Cooked Rice - 1 cup.
Curry leaves - 10.[chopped]
cilantro - 2 tbsp[chopped]
onion - 3.
Green chillies - 6.
salt - for taste.
oil.
Preparation
Chop the onions, cilantro, curry leaves finely.
Grind Cooked rice,salt,green chillies in a blender into a fine puree.
Method
Mix Rice flour , ground Cooked rice,chopped onions,cilantro and curry leaves with needed water as shown in the picture.
On a plastic sheet, Apply 1 tsp of oil and spread the dough into a circular disc.
Heat the tawa, when it is hot, remove the Roti from plastic sheet, and place it on tawa.
Roast the Roti's on both the sides, by drizzling some oil over it ,then serve hot.
