Shaklee 180 Turnaround: Month 2 Update

I'm two months into my Shaklee 180 turn around and I'm so excited to give you guys an update on my progress!

As a reminder, here I am before (for full "before" report, see my starting post):

This me after two full months on the program:

I'm excited to be well on my way to my 60 pound overall weight loss goal. Also? I can't believe how many inches I've lost in my thighs!

Favorite Foods: Chocolate, peanut butter banana smoothees are the bomb diggity! You can check out how I make them here.  Because I use frozen banana chunks the texture is super thick and creamy which is perfect for this recovering ice cream addict. My favorite snack is an english muffin or 100 calorie mini bagel with fat free cream cheese and smoked salmon.

Exercise: I was recently asked about the exercise portion of the program. Shaklee 180 encourages you to exercise to help build muscle and boost your metabolism. I have to confess: I have not done a good job at all with this part of the plan. My weight loss so far has just been from sticking to the food part of the plan. My month 3 goal is to spend more time being active

ALSO I've got friends who've been impressed enough with my results so far and have decided to join me on this journey. If you are interested in losing weight along with me and others on what my husband has started calling "the non-grumpy diet" please check out my Shaklee website to get more information and get started today!

I've got 4 months left to go as part of the program and will continue to post twice monthly updates. If you want to follow me and my progress, you can do it here:
