Ingredients
Ragi Flour - 2 cup.
Urad dal - 1/2 cup.salt - required (11/2 spoon)
Preparation
Soak Urad dal 1 to 11/2 hours.
Method
- Grind Urad dal.
- Mix it with Ragi flour and salt.
- Allow it ferment for 7 to 8 hours or overnight.
- The consistency of batter should be like normal dosa.
- Start pouring dosa like normal dosa.
- Ragi dosa serves well with onion chutney.
