Hey! How about a totally non-Christmas-y post just before Christmas? Ok! I can't help myself... I had 3 pineapples in my kitchen, and with all this cold weather, it's nice to eat something tropical, doncha think?
I used to be intimidated by pineapples- until I realized that they have tons of yummy fruit inside (although my mouth gets itchy if I eat too much- am I alone here? What's up with that??)!
After some trial and error I figured out the fastest, easiest way to cut a pineapple.
Tools needed: pineapple. Knife. Cutting board. Bowl. Additional trash receptacle for peel/skin.
*The apron I'm wearing is from one of our sponsors, Grandway- they have some adorable vintage aprons and other great products. Grandway is offering the Grace apron (just like the one I'm wearing) to one lucky Butter reader! Be sure to enter below and check back to see if you're the winner!
- Follow us on Pinterest and Repin one of our recipes! It gets better- you can actually come back each day over the next 2 weeks and re-pin a different recipe for another entry! All that we ask is that you copy and paste the link to your pins in the box below.

*Note: The apron would look totally, awesomely cute on someone who is not 7-months pregnant:) And if you win said apron, you totally get the cute-ness without the pregnancy symptoms. Win-win!
