This is one of my favorite recipes to take to a party or to divide up into cute little bags to hand out to neighbors and friends during the holidays. This treat only takes about 5 minutes to make, you don't even have to use the stove or the oven, and it makes a huge batch!
White Chocolate Party Mix
5 cups mini pretzels
5 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
5 cups Corn Chex
2 cups salted peanuts
1 lb. M&M's
2 pkg. vanilla chips (12 oz. each)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Combine the pretzels, Cheerios, Chex, peanuts and M&M's in a large bowl. Set aside.
Heat chips and oil in the microwave for two minutes. Stir. Microwave for 10 more seconds. Stir until smooth.
Pour over cereal mixture. Mix well. Spread onto wax paper.
Let cool and then break apart. Serve or store in air tight container.
