Grilled Cheese Sandwich.

Grilled cheese sandwich is one of the easiest, simple, and irresistibly delicious breakfast. My kids love cheese sandwich so much that I have been making them for a long time.

Can you believe that all it takes is just under 10 minutes to put together this awfully simple sandwich; crunchy buttery toast filled with melted cheese. I used plain milk bread, but you can also use wheat bread; the result should be a crispy toast and for that we need atleast a day old bread, so fresh bread is not advisable. The cheese I used is cheese slice; I prefer slice because its easy ...no grating or slicing needed, but if you prefer you can grate it or crumble it. Cheese at room temperature is a must, as it helps to melt fast.

Salted butter works best for the toast; always remember to bring it to room temperature and simply spread it on the bread slice. I am a sucker for salted butter; just love them.

Serves one.
Instructions:
Bread slices: 2, day old.
Cheese slice: 1, room temp.
Butter: 2 tsp, room temp.

Method
Heat a skillet pan over medium heat, once it is hot simmer the fire (dosa tawa or roti tawa would be perfect).
Meantime, butter one side of each bread completely.
Place bread butter side down in the pan. Gently place the cheese slice on the bread and allow the bread to get toasted about 2 to 3 min.

Then place the other slice of bread, butter side up and flip over, allow the bread to toast for about 2 min or until the cheese starts to melt.

Serve hot.

Perfect grilled cheese sandwich....buttery crispy toast filled with gooey goodness of melted cheese.
